NSpeciesNSpecies includes all the species defined in the input file,
including photons. However the third-body in three-body collisions, identified
by the generic name 'M', is not counted.
NSpecies is calculated by counting the species defined in
CHEM_SPECIES NAMELIST
instructions, including all the species defined by vibrational series.
